• Drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement for Labcorp OnDemand • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies • Support initiatives to acquire new customers • Design and execute customer retention journeys • Collaborate closely with product, digital, IT, ecommerce, legal, compliance, and customer service teams • Monitor and analyze campaign performance • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content that resonates with our target audience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related field • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and retention strategies • Excellent analytical skills • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
