Description

• As a Digital Experience Designer, you will be responsible for building compelling interactive experiences for users • You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with a talented AI team • Focused on conversational design for both voice and text based solutions

Requirements

• Significant customer-facing consulting experience • 3+ years of user experience and user interaction work experience • Degree in design, user experience, communication, or a related discipline • Experience crafting mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas • Comfortable using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or InVision • Ability to get hands on in a conversational platform with a graphical builder interface • Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences • Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow) • Outcome oriented storytelling ability, demonstrating client return on investment
