β’ The Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the digital and Direct-To-Consumer TataHarperSkincare.com site. β’ This role will develop and scale DTC promotional and CRM programs to maximize eCommerce revenue, gaining qualified traffic via digital marketing and ensuring an optimized website user experience. β’ Work with senior management to develop Direct-to-Consumer/eCommerce operational strategy & execute on all CRM initiatives. β’ Manage & execute all promotional campaigns for the US and International websites. β’ Oversee the ongoing development, execution, and management of CRM retention programs, specifically leading on all aspects of the Loyalty Program & Subscription Program. β’ Analyze and report on daily ecommerce business KPIs including performance of CRM, promotional and operational programs.
β’ BA degree or equivalent required. β’ Minimum of 3 years of eCommerce experience in a similar role, including site merchandising, CRM, and/or operations. β’ Must possess both quantitative analytical skills and qualitative and creative skills. β’ Well-organized and strong attention to quality and detail. β’ Strong project management skills in managing process and people cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party vendors. β’ Action-oriented with strong follow-through and prioritization skills to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously in line with business objectives and within time constraints. β’ Must have the ability to work with a rapidly growing business and thrive in a high pace and entrepreneurial environment. β’ Exceptional verbal and reporting presentation abilities. β’ Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Demand, is required. β’ Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and other web analytic tools, is a plus. β’ Passion for the beauty industry ββbeauty, skincare or wellness industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
