β€’ Own integrated campaign, event, ABM, webinar and conference strategies and campaign calendar that drive lead acquisition with our target market β€’ Partner with Commercial leaders to align on target audiences and tactics β€’ Lead the development of campaign messaging, resonating messaging, content, and creative assets in support of demand gen and product marketing objectives β€’ Partners closely with Product Marketing to communicate Ovia differentiators and value prop positioning β€’ In collaboration with the Commercial team, oversees and continually refines automated nurture program to drive lead scoring success β€’ Generates timely, accurate and in-depth reporting on campaign and program performance; uses data to refine messages, channels, and strategies β€’ Collaborates with Labcorp digital marketing operations to support marketing automation for systems including Eloqua, SF marketing campaigns, and DemandBase, including system documentation and team training β€’ Optimize integration between marketing platforms to ensure one, consolidated, clean, and accurate picture of marketing performance and execution

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of B2B and B2B2C healthcare marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare β€’ Mastery of modern digital marketing technologies including DemandBase (or other ABM solutions), and Eloqua. β€’ SaleForce.com (SFDC) or other CRM solution experience is preferred. β€’ Stellar event and project management/prioritization skills with mastery of the details; you’re able to manage multiple projects at any given time and enjoy putting processes in place to work more efficiently with growth and scale.
