Description
• Support life cycle management of facility assets, • Provide strategic advice on facilities management, • Prepare and evaluate statements of work for maintenance, repair, and replacement projects. • Review and prioritize asset capital projects based on available funding, • Perform complex database analysis and generate reports for Facilities Information Technology systems. • Collaborate with customers to ensure tasking and deliverables align with the NOS mission. • Assist in developing facility-level energy management plans.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing project construction estimates, • Expertise in construction, engineering, and architectural fields. • Experience working with various types of facilities, including laboratories, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
