📋 Description

• The Sr. IT Project Manager is responsible for running multiple complex implementation projects with experience in scaled agile framework • Projects will be cross functional, cross application and engage both internal and external clients/partners • Must adapt to a variety of external clients and work with all levels from individual contributors to C-suite • Experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry and electronic data exchanges including API services is imperative • Owns the projects assigned, taking responsibility to lead them to closure on time and in budget • Run external client integrated projects with a variety of scaled agile and flexibility by client and/or partner • Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Defines schedule based on scope and ensures all resources and dependencies are integrated with appropriate delivery tasks to mitigate schedule modifications • Plans and schedules project deliverables, milestones, dependencies and durations • Maintains all project artifacts such as internal and external facing project plans, agendas, meeting notes • Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within the group • Understands roles and responsibilities of all parties and manages project resources, assignments and delivery • Ensures resource availability and allocation and escalates to appropriate management if challenges arise • Identifies and manages all risks, change requests, inclusive of administrative escalation • Ensures all required project documentation is completed and stored for audit purposes • Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and maintains comprehensive project documentation • Reports and escalates to management as needed • Responsible for the development of weekly status updates • Contributes to monthly presentation(s) for executive update meetings • Adapts to the culture of the client while providing excellent management to external clients and partners • Understands and complies with all HIPAA & SOC2 requirements necessary in working with designated PHI • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards • Responsible for complying with the IT security requirement and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Workers’ Compensation experience required • Healthcare experience a plus • Must have proven external client/partner experience • Electronic data interface, API services experience • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred • SAFe and Scrum Master certification preferred • Will accept a bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Technology or related field • Minimum 10 years of project management • Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio and PM tools such as Planview • Strong working knowledge of IT management tools such as Azure DevOps, Rally or other • Must have external client/partner focus • Proved track record of high organizational skills
