🎯 Requirements

β€’ An understanding of administration and business processes β€’ A good grasp of evidence-gathering and research techniques β€’ Proficiency in analysing data and identifying areas for improvement β€’ Some experience in project management β€’ A good problem-solver β€’ Precise and structured communicator both written and verbal in English. β€’ Strong presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite β€’ An understanding of what leadership means and your role in it β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. β€’ A track record of making organisations better beyond just doing the basics
