🎯 Requirements

β€’ Education: In or completing Bachelor’s Degree β€’ Experience: No experience required, experience in sales is preferred β€’ Persistence and Grit: Demonstrated persistence and resilience in pursuing goals despite challenges and setbacks. A strong work ethic and determination to succeed. β€’ Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of clients β€’ Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to stay persistent and consistent, meet and exceed sales targets. β€’ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and various communication platforms. β€’ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships. β€’ Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
