• This is a remote (home office) role covering Kansas and Colorado • Responsible for day-to-day execution of sales strategy • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with CEO’s, General Managers, and key sales leaders • Direct coaching of field staff • Attract, develop and manage sales team • Monitor performance and motivate team members to meet/exceed sales targets • Earn owner engagement and commitment • Manage sales expense and program budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management or Agricultural related field • 10 years of industry or direct sales/marketing experience (with customer contact) • 1-2 years of people leadership experience • Proven sales experience (sector-specific preferred) • Proven track record of growth in value added product sales • Experience delivering customer-oriented solutions that drive positive sales results • Experience managing and leading a cross-functional team of direct and indirect reports • Demonstrated success in development and implementation of business plans and budgets • Demonstrated success in interacting with senior level executives • Broad and in-depth understanding of cooperative system • 40% travel requirement for customer engagement
