• Engage directly with the VP of Customer Experience to apply insights for improvements • Track customer experiences across online and offline channels • Manage a team of up to 5 people • Develop Survey programs and data collection strategies • Collaborate with all departments to enhance customer experience and brand awareness • Analyze Customer Journey mapping to integrate key touchpoint data collection
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or a related field preferred • At least 2 years of experience as a customer experience specialist or similar role • At least 2 years of experience in a people management role • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels • Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CX and CRM software, such as Medallia and Zendesk • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach • Efficient time management and organizational skills • Superb communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in various locations • High attention to detail and personal ownership
