🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, with a significant focus on strategy and leadership • 5+ years of experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance) or MBA • Deep understanding of credit risk principles, regulations, and best practices in lending • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with risk modeling techniques • Proven track record of implementing successful credit risk strategies and driving business results • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization • Experience in fintech or innovative lending products is highly desirable • Able to commit to core EST working hours
