📋 Description

• Ollie was born with the mission of improving the lives of pets and pet parents nationwide. • We make human-grade pet food, tailored for each dog’s nutritional needs, and deliver directly to our customers’ doors. • As a member of our growing team, you’ll take part in a company culture that cares deeply about its work and its team members. • The Planning Manager – Multiple Facilities will lead the planning functions across multiple warehouse and fulfillment centers. • This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in labor planning, capacity planning, SOP development, and temporary labor contract negotiations. • The Planning Manager will be responsible for ensuring that facilities operate efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting production, customer service, and safety standards. • This role is based remotely within the U.S., requires ~25% of travel and will report to the VP, Operations

🎯 Requirements

• You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in planning within a multi-site warehousing or fulfillment environment. • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Proven experience in labor and capacity planning, SOP development, and contract negotiation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in WMS, G-Suite, and planning software/tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines. • High attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement. • Experience working with temporary staffing agencies. • Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement credentials. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in warehouse operations. • Comfortable with up to 25% travel and working extended hours during peak seasons or as needed.
