•You are a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, particularly focused on Marketing, Sales, and Data Management. •You excel at breaking down complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. •Highly organized and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration and partnership with executives, department leaders, and cross-functional teams are key. •Your strong business acumen, advanced analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities enable you to align financial goals with broader business strategies. •You’re passionate about process improvement, confident in mentoring others, and committed to delivering data-driven recommendations that optimize operational efficiency and support sustainable growth. •Please note this role holds a 'Manager' title due to its functional ownership of critical financial processes, not because it involves direct team management.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree is required, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related preferred •Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is beneficial •Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) •Skilled in the use of common business tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint •Experience using ERP Financial Systems, especially Workday Adaptive Planning, is a plus •Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics software would be helpful, but not required •Willing and able to travel up to 25%
