• Responsible for the strategy, execution, and daily management of our portfolio of social platforms. • Engaging and growing our followers, influencers, customers, and media. • Continuous testing of new ideas through the development and promotion of interactive and engaging content. • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Collaborate with Manager, Digital Marketing on the social media content calendar. • Oversee social customer service for brand pages in the United States and Canada. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and competitive intel. • Support the development of strategies to grow social media channels, followers, and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or applicable field is required. • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing. • Experience or knowledge of design, architecture, construction, or other related industrial or manufacturing industry is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Meta Ads Manager. • Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills; attention to detail is a must. • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. • Experience with social media monitoring and scheduling tools. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working with diverse teams and functions. • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Preferred: Monday.com, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
