• Generating a prospecting list that fits our ideal persona using accurate contact data. • Booking outbound meetings with lawyers and solicitors through cold calls, emails and social outreach. • Communicating our value proposition to the market. • Gathering data and reacting quickly to signs of intent from prospects. • Carrying out initial screening to ensure they meet qualifying criteria. • Keeping prospects engaged between the initial call and pitch with the Account Manager. • Following up and engaging with prospects who have submitted inbound enquiries to Lawhive. • Delivering relevant marketing content to prospects. • Following up on existing contacts in our CRM to identify new potential needs. • Supporting the Account Managers with sales admin where needed. • Providing feedback to the team and sharing insights to improve our lawyer acquisition engine.
• Previous experience as an SDR in a high-performing B2B sales team. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Empathy and patience when dealing with questions and sales objections. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Basic knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a plus.
