Description

• Outbound telephone-based prospecting for AffiniPay products • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities through direct prospecting and lead follow • Maintain call volume of 75-100 calls per day to create pipeline • Prospect into targeted lists by building relationships • Conduct marketing campaigns and customer outreach • Update and maintain Sales database • Document sales activity in Salesforce & meeting daily KPIs • Report on weekly results • Expand industry knowledge

Requirements

• 1+ years in outbound-focused sales or customer-oriented backgrounds • Ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter • Great listener • Adept at investigation and research • Natural storyteller • Curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo • Strong communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience selling technology/software • Highly organized with strong time management • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal direction • Hustle and persistence • Prior SDR/BDR experience (Nice to have) • Experience at a high-growth, SaaS company (Nice to have) • Salesforce experience (Nice to have)

Benefits

• Competitive base pay range of $50,000- $52,000 USD annually plus uncapped commission opportunity • Hybrid work capacity in either San Diego or Austin offices
