🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in a combination recruiting agency and in-house fintech, finance/banking experience is a plus • Demonstrated track record in technical recruiting working on a wide array of positions • Be action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attention to detail • Have excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for business and technology • Are curious, have humility, are open to learning and approach your work with a growth mindset • Demonstrates a strong ability to effectively prioritize assignments and manage time/deadlines • Thrive working in a fluid environment with high autonomy • Love to collaborate to get to the best, most efficient outcome • Bring a self-driven and self-starter mentality • Be client obsessed and a desire to deliver high customer service to team members and candidates
