• Develop, implement, and maintain talent acquisition processes to attract and engage diverse candidate pipelines. • Be a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. • Drive full life cycle recruiting by partnering closely with hiring leaders, talent acquisition team and across HR. • Leverage expertise to actively source candidates and develop networks to build robust candidate pipelines. • Review, analyze and clarify job requirements, competencies and skills required for critical hiring needs. • Effectively support the needs of varying stakeholders and manage against tight hiring deadlines. • Post job openings on relevant job boards and assist with employer branding and advertisement initiatives. • Source candidates through varying channels and manage through interview and assessment processes. • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
• 4+ years recruiting experience within a corporate, startup, and/or SaaS environment. • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships in a remote environment. • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment and to ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Bilingual communication skills – fluency in both English and Spanish • Global talent acquisition experience, having supported recruitment across the US and LATAM • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative to deliver results. • MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required. • Jobvite ATS experience preferred. • Prior experience working in software company or high-growth start-up environment. • Recruitment across multiple disciplines for high-volume and niche hiring.
