Description

β€’ Drive operational improvement at customers through products (Patient Throughput, Clinical Staffing, or both) β€’ Communicate technical requirements and ensure customer IT teams understand setup needs for iQueue β€’ Independently manage customer implementations and make sure product is configured correctly β€’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts β€’ Monitor customer operations and outcomes, proactively solve problems β€’ Help refine vision and strategy, educate functional groups about customer successes and pain points β€’ Work with marketing on producing case studies, customer videos, etc., and help sales close deals β€’ Travel for up to 50% of the time

Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience β€’ 3+ years of professional work experience β€’ Experience working on healthcare products / working with hospitals β€’ Excellent communication and organizational skills β€’ Lean or Six Sigma training utilizing models like A3, DMAIC, or PDCA β€’ Willingness to travel to customer sites
