Description

β€’ Manage complete customer lifecycle: onboarding, training, and renewals β€’ Support sales operations activities: contract signatures, invoices, etc β€’ Cultivate champions and develop relationship networks β€’ Refine existing account management processes to increase effectiveness β€’ Advocate for product changes based on customer feedback β€’ Develop and maintain support resources β€’ Provide technical support for users (via Zendesk) β€’ Occasionally, participate in events / conferences

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years K-12 education-sector experience to "know teaching" β€’ Relevant experience related to managing relationships and revenue β€’ Experience designing and leading training for adults β€’ Excellent written communication skills β€’ Tech-savvy, fast to learn technology and teach it to others β€’ Experience with Salesforce helpful (not required) β€’ Project / task management skills and attention to detail β€’ Good organizational and time-management skills
