β€’ Own the success of our largest customers and business units in the region β€’ Lead all aspects of the customer journey including onboarding, training, adoption and value realization β€’ Be the expert on both the solution and implementation best practices β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate high adoption and customer satisfaction β€’ Drive use case expansion and advocacy within our customer base β€’ Manage and triage customer feedback and issues β€’ Be the face of Regrello to your customers

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting or customer success with a well-known enterprise SaaS solution β€’ Experience working with and presenting to senior management/executives at clients β€’ Experience working with a complex business application (ERP and/or MRP preferred) β€’ Strong project management skills tuned to managing scope and schedule, providing well-crafted status reports and driving accountability β€’ Familiarity with common customer success strategies to drive onboarding and adoption β€’ Desire to wear multiple hats and be agile and flexible as we grow from startup to scale-up β€’ A customer-centric approach to problem solving β€’ A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies β€’ Confidence in challenging conventions and an independent self-manager
