β’ 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting or customer success with a well-known enterprise SaaS solution β’ Experience working with and presenting to senior management/executives at clients β’ Experience working with a complex business application (ERP and/or MRP preferred) β’ Strong project management skills tuned to managing scope and schedule, providing well-crafted status reports and driving accountability β’ Familiarity with common customer success strategies to drive onboarding and adoption β’ Desire to wear multiple hats and be agile and flexible as we grow from startup to scale-up β’ A customer-centric approach to problem solving β’ A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies β’ Confidence in challenging conventions and an independent self-manager
