β€’ Responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of customers β€’ Main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and training β€’ Occasional travel to US-based ABA conferences may be required β€’ Previous experience in a customer-facing role required β€’ Familiarity with the ABA industry as an RBT, BCBA, or other is essential

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, or a related field β€’ Proven experience in ABA and/or a customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment β€’ Highly organized with strong time management skills β€’ Experience with CRM software and customer support tools β€’ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
