β’ Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, or a related field β’ Proven experience in ABA and/or a customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment β’ Highly organized with strong time management skills β’ Experience with CRM software and customer support tools β’ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
