🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience • 3+ years of experience in renewals management, sales operations, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment • Experience in cross-team collaboration • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders • Strong administrative skills and sophistication to manage business processes in complex environments • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
