🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience β€’ 3+ years of experience in renewals management, sales operations, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment β€’ Experience in cross-team collaboration β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders β€’ Strong administrative skills and sophistication to manage business processes in complex environments β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
