β’ Exceptional organizational skills and self-discipline β’ Demonstrable experience in a law firm environment β’ Positive and professional attitude β’ Ability to leverage cross functional business and technical resources to provide timely issue resolution β’ An aptitude for quick learning β’ An in-depth knowledge of the latest versions of Word, Excel and Outlook β’ Superb communication skills, both written and verbal β’ A passion for technology β’ 2+ yearsβ experience in a client facing role with a technology company β’ Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions β’ Familiarity with dealing with client conflict and frustrations in a positive manner β’ A clean drivers license for onsite visits β’ An extensive understanding of Legal Accounting rules and bookkeeping (preferred) β’ Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero (preferred) β’ A thorough understanding of varying law firms' culture and expectations (preferred)
