Description

β€’ LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions in the world. β€’ Our software supports over 100,000 lawyers and their staff. β€’ Maintain excellent client relationships through zoom and in person. β€’ Oversee processes for minimizing churn and driving product value. β€’ Focus on continued use and adoption of the software through training and communication. β€’ Become a product expert on LEAP Software and communicate its value. β€’ Work with cross-functional teams to improve adoption and reduce churn. β€’ Measure client on-boarding & product adoption KPI's. β€’ Demonstrate value to existing clients through webinars and tutorials. β€’ Contact clients regularly to ensure they utilize LEAP effectively.

Requirements

β€’ Exceptional organizational skills and self-discipline β€’ Demonstrable experience in a law firm environment β€’ Positive and professional attitude β€’ Ability to leverage cross functional business and technical resources to provide timely issue resolution β€’ An aptitude for quick learning β€’ An in-depth knowledge of the latest versions of Word, Excel and Outlook β€’ Superb communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ A passion for technology β€’ 2+ years’ experience in a client facing role with a technology company β€’ Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions β€’ Familiarity with dealing with client conflict and frustrations in a positive manner β€’ A clean drivers license for onsite visits β€’ An extensive understanding of Legal Accounting rules and bookkeeping (preferred) β€’ Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero (preferred) β€’ A thorough understanding of varying law firms' culture and expectations (preferred)
