β’ At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or Account Management role β’ Direct experience working with Enterprise customers β’ Ability to quickly learn and prioritize technically complex processes and tasks β’ Professional and comfortable engaging C-suite executives β’ Capability to manage tight deadlines β’ Comfortable in Google Workspace and Salesforce β’ Clear communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Experience in SaaS is a plus β’ Bonus asset: Fluency in a second language
