β’ Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and positioning initiatives. β’ Conduct in-depth market research, including customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends, to inform product positioning and messaging and create ICPs and personas. β’ Develop clear, consistent, and differentiated messaging for our products that resonates with our target audience and supports sales and marketing initiatives. β’ Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, blog posts, website copy, presentations, and email campaigns. β’ Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth. β’ Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to sell effectively and efficiently. β’ Develop customer engagement strategies to nurture existing clients, gather feedback, and optimize product usage. β’ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for optimization. β’ Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to messaging, product launches, and customer engagement. β’ Work with demand generation teams to drive lead generation through compelling campaigns and messaging.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β’ 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS space. β’ Proven ability to manage and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches. β’ Experience in conducting competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling product messaging. β’ Storytelling skills, with a focus on concept and an appreciation for narrative. β’ Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce). β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail. β’ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. β’ A results-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. β’ Preferred : Experience in home decor, flooring, furniture, real estate, or other industries that are visually-driven and design-centric is a plus. β’ Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices. β’ Prior experience in demand generation or sales enablement.
