• The Leavitt Group’s affiliate, Leavitt Great West Insurance Services, primarily located in communities throughout Montana, is looking to add new talent to their Captive Insurance Team, specific to Commercial Lines. • A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with the team, consisting of producers, risk management, account executives, and the concierge in providing ongoing support to LGW’s clients from coast to coast. • The right candidate needs to have the same attitude that our current team has- “If you can dream it, we can build it!”. • Responsibilities: • Prepare applications for new business, get involved in the lifeblood of the organization. • Develop positive relationships with the team and fit wherever needed. • Know that we have deadlines to each other and to our clients. Meet and exceed them. • Get creative- where can you market our firm better? • Follow up and communicate- your job is done when the job is done. • Create proposals, booklets, etc. to win and win big! • Issue certificates, work with the team and producers on certificates, auto cards, endorsements, submissions, and invoices to secure our clients well being. • Check and triple check- perfect results count.
• If in insurance now- Valid P&C license. If new to the business, the ability to test and become a professional. • Must have strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Must be able to be a communicator and have pride in your work. • Experience with a computer system to track our activity.
