Requirements
• At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction, roofing, or renovation industries. • Exceptional communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers. • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. • Knowledge of sourcing candidates. • Knowledgeable about employment-related laws and regulations. • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving. • Comfortable working with CST time zone.
