Description
• Join Clear Channel Outdoor as a Corporate Recruiter • Attract and engage a diverse, skilled workforce • Conduct full-cycle recruitment primarily for sales positions • Review resumes, conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates • Schedule and coordinate interviews, develop sourcing strategies • Ensure compliance with employment laws and facilitate recruitment training • Manage 10-15 requisitions monthly and perform special projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience • Minimum of two years’ experience as a recruiter in a multi-state company • Experience recruiting sales roles preferred • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems • Workday experience preferred • Experience sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networks • Expertise in creating sourcing strategies and recruiting for sales roles • Familiarity with the sales process (lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, closing deals) • Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to present job opportunities persuasively and collaborate with hiring managers • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
