• Staffing Associate’s mission is to amplify the Staffing department's ability to efficiently fill jobs • Own key procedural tasks within the Staffing department • Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • Experience in the healthcare field required • Track record of success in previous positions • Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office • Must be a self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision
