• eSkillz is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand Talent Management Consultant. • Be the functional lead for new CSOD system implementations and optimization initiatives. • Provide consulting services for the implementation and optimization of the following CSOD products: Required: Core, Learning, Performance Preferred: Recruiting & Onboarding, Succession. • Provide clients with business process consulting in Human Capital Management, analyzing requirements and current state. • Execute system configurations and unit testing. • Analyze client’s configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements. • Identify risks and work with the project team to define and execute mitigation measures.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of implementation and consulting experience as the implementation lead with each of the required CSOD modules listed above. • Deep knowledge of the Cornerstone platform with product certification in Core, Learning, and Performance. • Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project. • Excellent ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role. • Must be a U.S. citizen.
