•Performing data analysis to identify financial trends and support strategic decisions. •Conducting internal audits and asset checks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (PEZA, BIR, SEC, BOI). •Maintaining general ledger, reconcile bank statements, and record journal entries. •Overseeing cost optimization for IT subscriptions. •Preparing financial statements, budget vs. actual variance analyses, and ad-hoc reports. •Assisting in year-end audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries. •Drafting and implementing policies to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency. •Using QuickBooks Online and Excel for financial tracking, reporting, and data visualization. •Collaborating on payroll processing and other financial tasks as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •2–5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or compliance. •At least 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting (PEZA, BIR, SEC, BOI). •Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and payroll systems. •Experience in financial analysis and reporting. •Proactive, adaptable, and flexible •Has strong communication and interpersonal skills •Highly professional •Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable •Good at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
