📋 Description

• As Sr. Retention & Direct Response Manager, you will be responsible for driving online lead generation through both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including TV, radio, podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media. • This is a hands-on role, where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets. • We’re looking for someone who will thrive in building and experimenting with marketing strategies that go beyond the usual playbook. • If you love testing new channels, analyzing results, and scaling high-performing campaigns, this role is for you. • Your responsibilities include: • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI assisted voice channels. • Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies • Developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion • Managing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign success
