• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or coordinator role. • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing. • Expertise in marketing platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and email marketing tools. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and offer actionable insights. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Knowledge of tracking and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards.
