• THIS POSITION IS FOR ALL LATIN AMERICA • Please be advised that excellent ENGLISH communication skills are required for this position. • Passionate about making a difference? • Responsibilities: • Include but not limited to: • Review and update medical and billing records. • Monitor treatment status and prepare summaries. • Handle billing, payments, and health insurance details. • Collect and organize client documents. • Compose demand letters and manage CRM entries. • Dispatch documents to relevant parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered. • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. • Bilingual in Spanish & English • 2+ years in management and coordination. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible. • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet. • Available to work in US time zones.
