• Join Leidos as an IT Contract Analyst focusing on financial control • Facilitate purchase of hardware, software, or professional services contracts • Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and standards • Support process improvement activities and participate in requirements definition • Utilize methods for fulfilling internal customer requirements • Create requisitions for hardware/software purchases • Coordinate asset management with management staff • Provide documentation for all hardware and software procurements • Assist with document control and configuration management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of contract management, customer service experience • Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Must have the interpersonal skills to effectively interact with budget owners and end users • Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills • Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Office, Excel, Power Point • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
