Description

• Demonstrate basic master data knowledge set up for material, customers or vendors. • Ensure proper utilization of the material master with appropriate approvals and documentation. • Monitor work queues for new requests for assigned Key account. • Complete assigned tasks aligned with business commitments and guidelines. • Maintain material set up workflow process clear for business group. • Provide reports to business team for end-to-end process visibility. • Be a point of contact for Business for Material requests. • Responsible for Escalation of issues as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Two years of experience in supply chain management, global sourcing, or export operations. • OR High School Diploma/GED AND a minimum of Seven years of experience in supply chain management, global sourcing, or export operations. • 2+ years’ of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in ERP deployments and data setup. • 2+ years’ experience with Incoterms, International Transportation, Freight Forwarders and/or global sourcing. • Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. • Highly organized & able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical skills to identify process improvement opportunities.
