📋 Description

• Work within an Agile ITIL environment focused on DevOps • Be a member of the ECIS Development Team providing SME support for M365 Power Platform • Design, develop, and deliver software solutions enhancing user experience across Microsoft products • Independently develop solutions, approaches, or recommendations for complex issues • Deliver presentations and produce technical documents tailored to the customer’s environment • Participate in scrum sprint activities related to M365 Power Platform solutions • Troubleshoot and collaborate with other technical functional groups for technical issues • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps • Create, configure, and maintain workflows using Power Automate • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft and third-party applications

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree and 8 – 12 years of relevant experience or master’s degree with less than 6 - 10 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive • Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth • Knowledge of Azure services and how they integrate with Power Platform • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) • Knowledge of data management and governance • Experience with API integrations and custom connectors • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience working in an agile scrum environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proactive and able to adapt to changing project requirements • Previous experience employing DevOps methodologies • Understanding of agency Capstone and NARA data retention compliance principles • Experience with design, planning and implementation in environments with 10,000+ users • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
