• Design and develop custom applications and features within Salesforce applications • Work with business analysts and project managers to analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate into development actions • Create and contribute to technical documentation of the system • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development and day-to-day use • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field • 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce Development, or 2-6 years with a Master’s Degree • Current Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum requirement) or higher • Experience working with Sales Cloud, automation, and integrations with non-Salesforce tools • Ability to work with stakeholders to determine requirements • Ability to research solutions to development issues when the answer is not clear • Ability to obtain a secret clearance
