• Monitor the security helpdesk inbox and phone on a rota basis • Provide recruitment advice to Human Resources and hiring managers • Process pre-employment screening checks • Process applications for National Security Vetting • Monitor employees’ Security and Immigration status • Maintain accurate security records • Perform vetting after care responsibilities • Produce company badges • Support the Security Induction process • Provide travel security advice and guidance • Complete Service Access approvals • Process leavers from the business • Ensure Security Operations business rhythms are completed • Meet all Security Operations SLAs and KPIs • Comply with GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 • Support security on-call rota

Requirements

• British national with 5 years residency in the UK • Experience working within the Defence Industry and/or military background • Previous Security experience
