• The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting Senior Project Managers by leading a team of engineers and administrators specializing in networks, cybersecurity, servers, storage, data center facilities, and audio/video technology. • Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, conducting interviews to better understand customer preferences and pain points, coordinating with project stakeholders, and guiding the technical team toward continuous improvement in service delivery. • This role is essential in managing complex projects, improving processes, and enhancing operational efficiency, all of which directly impact the organization's bottom line. • The position demands a broad skill set, including project management, risk management, stakeholder communication, technical expertise, and leadership. • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must have an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance prior to start. (US Citizenship required)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. • Demonstrated success project management approaches. • Demonstrated success in planning and executing IT migrations and consolidations. • Experience with discovery, event management and ITSM tools. • Demonstrated success in working with leadership to understand and define resource needs of your project. • Experience in performing project audits; monitor/tracking of corrective actions; managing process improvement; performing process checks on internal procedures; and reviewing contract deliverables. • Demonstrated success in multi-tasking, self-assigning work, and functioning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint). • Demonstrated success working with technical leads and subject matter experts to understand and define resource requirement to order to develop schedules that ensure operational projects are completed on time within budget readiness. • Demonstrated success in managing project team activities and technical resources, and providing periodic project status to stakeholders.
