β€’ Enhance the Salesforce platform including CRM, KM, and Public Portal β€’ Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals and requirements β€’ Manage development activities across an agile team β€’ Define technical vision for Salesforce solutions β€’ Perform hands-on technical Salesforce development β€’ Customize Salesforce Components to meet business requirements β€’ Lead peer code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems (MIS), management, or other related field with 8+ years of related experience; Master's degree with 6+ years of experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) β€’ 4-6+ years experience managing IT projects and implementing Salesforce technical solutions in a contact center environment β€’ Expertise with multiple CRM contact center implementations and strong knowledge of CRM functionality and configuration capabilities β€’ Ability to successfully obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation β€’ Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, best practices, and programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework, Managed Packages) β€’ Web application development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5 β€’ Lightning Component development experience β€’ Lightning Design System framework β€’ Declarative Force.com development tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc β€’ Experience facilitating work sessions with business users to understand business processes and requirements β€’ Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Ability to work east coast hours (9:00 am ET - 5:00 pm ET)
