• Responsible for functional and technical design of solutions within Military Health Innovations portfolio. • Develop understanding of as-is processes and design innovative technical solutions. • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful completion of testing and verification of new capabilities. • Employ exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8+ years of professional experience; or 6+ years of professional experience with a related master’s degree. • US Citizen with EXISTING ADP2/IT2 Public Trust (or higher) clearance. • Experience developing and deploying software in a DoD environment. • Experience in solution design and architecture development for a complex cloud-based system. • Familiarity with web services APIs, including REST. • Experience identifying and tracking related project task dependencies, risks & possible mitigations. • Experience working with a highly technical team and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
