• You are a seasoned leader with deep expertise in project management, adept at driving large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple teams. • Your strategic mindset and operational excellence have consistently delivered exceptional results, even in highly dynamic environments. • You are a master of both process and people, able to seamlessly lead teams through change, including post-acquisition integrations, and ensure alignment with overarching business goals. • Your expertise in Agile methodologies positions you as a thought leader in operational efficiency, and you have the influence to drive large transformations across an organization. • The AVP of Project Management will serve as a key member of our leadership team, overseeing and optimizing our project management function across the agency. • You will directly guide the execution of complex, high-value client projects, manage resource allocation at a strategic level, and ensure the smooth integration of newly acquired teams. • This role reports to the President.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high-level project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects and teams, and demonstrated success in process optimization, project governance, and strategic resource management. • Expertise in leading complex post-acquisition integrations and ensuring seamless team cohesion during periods of rapid change and growth. • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrumban/Kanban) and a proven ability to lead Agile transformations at scale; Agile certification preferred. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of influencing across functions and levels without direct authority. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute decisively. • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to present and manage expectations at the executive level.
