Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training, ideally within tech or SaaS. • Proven ability to design, implement, and measure the success of sales enablement programs. • Experience with sales methodologies, curriculum creation, and competency-based training. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders. • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, and experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office. • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with building processes and initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization. • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.Ability to travel occasionally as needed. • Experience with AI or SaaS products. • Background in sales operations or business operations within a matrix environment. • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Highspot, or other sales enablement platforms.
