β€’ Level AI was founded in 2019 and is a Series C startup headquartered in Mountain View, California. β€’ Level AI revolutionizes customer engagement by transforming contact centers into strategic assets. β€’ Our AI-native platform leverages advanced technologies such as Large Language Models to extract deep insights from customer interactions. β€’ By providing actionable intelligence, Level AI empowers organizations to enhance customer experience and drive growth. β€’ The Sales Enablement Manager will spearhead efforts to improve the performance of our Sales teams. β€’ This role is pivotal in developing sales training, optimizing processes, and aligning sales initiatives with revenue goals. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, operations, and training, preferably within tech or SaaS industries.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training, ideally within tech or SaaS. β€’ Proven ability to design, implement, and measure the success of sales enablement programs. β€’ Experience with sales methodologies, curriculum creation, and competency-based training. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders. β€’ Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, and experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office. β€’ Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with building processes and initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization. β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.Ability to travel occasionally as needed. β€’ Experience with AI or SaaS products. β€’ Background in sales operations or business operations within a matrix environment. β€’ Familiarity with tools like Gong, Highspot, or other sales enablement platforms.
