• Professional Journey Spanning 9 to 25+ years • Extensive background with 4 years across two or more sectors: Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, Transportation, Automotive, Sports Technology, Human Resources, Banking, Finance, or Insurance • Demonstrated software application architecture, design & development experience • Experience in software integration utilizing ESBs, MQs, API Gateways • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, TDD methodologies • Awareness of various testing and release management practices • Demonstrated exceptional communication abilities • Experience in leading digital transformation efforts • Strong facilitation skills with workshop experience • Expertise in domain-driven design principles • Team leadership across North America • Proficiency in risk management
