• Own and execute digital customer growth strategies across platforms • Develop, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns to maximise performance • Manage budgets, vendors, and data to drive measurable success • Identify conversion barriers in the eCommerce journey and implement solutions • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, UX, and CRO to enhance user experience • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive an industry-leading customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on PPC and eCommerce optimisation • Proven success in B2B digital acquisition and growth strategies • Expert-level skills in Google Ads, Analytics & Optimise • Experience of managing a PPC agency. Advantageous to have agency experience. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights • Hands-on experience with CRO, SEO, UX, and personalisation • Knowledge of global PPC strategies, particularly in the USA and China, is a plus • A team player with excellent communication skills and a digital-first mindset
