📋 Description

• Develop and manage the strategic direction for key University products. • Coordinate and ensure the successful completion of projects. • Collaborate with staff, faculty, instructional designers, IT teams, and external vendors. • Manage development work. • Develop comprehensive product documentation. • Partner with senior developer to manage team. • Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner. • Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s Christian model and Mission – Training Champions for Christ.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or software development, preferably within EdTech or higher education IT. • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies is essential. • Experience in Higher Ed, and with Learning Management Systems (Canvas preferred). • Proficiency with project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow. • Project +, PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification preferred, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in software development, systems testing, or project management. • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related discipline.
