• Play a pivotal role in driving content across various channels to support the MoveDocs platform • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives • Own and create a content calendar mapped to each stage of the customer journey • Create high-quality content for various formats including web pages, videos, webinars, whitepapers, and social media • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice • Manage content distribution for maximum reach and impact utilizing SEO and other marketing tactics • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates • Stay updated with industry trends and apply them for continuous improvement of content strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing in the B2B space, preferably within a digital service platform or SaaS industry • Legal or healthcare industry experience a plus • A strong portfolio of impactful content across web, print, and video formats • Ability to create content independently, with strong concepting, writing, and preferably design skills • Experience sourcing additional creative resources/agencies, providing leadership and ensuring quality and accountability • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Account Engagement and Salesforce experience strongly preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in WordPress, SEO Yoast, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Pendo a plus • Fluency in graphic design and video editing tools
