• Lido Advisors, LLC is an expanding wealth management firm seeking a Vice President, Integrations. • Manage and guide integration processes of new partnerships and advisors. • Ensure seamless transitions post-merger while aligning with organizational goals. • Work closely with stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and company culture during integrations. • Provide on-site support to build relationships and resolve integration concerns effectively. • Track lessons learned for continuous improvement of future integrations. • Maintain deep understanding of best practices and client-first focus during transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (required). • At least 5 years of professional experience, including broad business experience and specific ownership of M&A /integration activities. • Understanding of wealth management lifecycle. • Knowledge of the wealth management industry is required, and M&A experience in wealth management is preferred. • Strong project management skills, with experience navigating cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
